Beyond sustainability

Work with nature to acheive a yield, not against it. Mimic the cycles of successful ecosystems to create resilient environments for food production, wildlife, and beautiful landscapes for human enjoyment.

A Design Methodology

Using the 12 steps of Permaculture design you can observe patterns & cycles, holistically connect organic & inorganic components, stack functions, and achieve a yield from natural & controlled systems with less input. Put simply Permaculture is intelligent, thoughtful design, that keeps your long-term impact in mind.

ORIGIN

Coined by Bill Mollison in 1978, Permaculture is derived from the words 'Permanent Agriculture'. It has evolved as a design methodology to applications in housing, sociology, community organizing, economics, and other studies, with virtually limitless possibilities.
